    In your CRM: Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > SMS Provider > pick Telnyx Custom Communications Provider > Save.

    The number Telnyx rings first when you place a call. Enter it in international format, e.g. +447700900123.

  2. Call a contact

    Enter a contact's number in international format. Your phone rings first, then we connect the contact.
